Our Story
Founded in 2025, our company was born out of a clear need: organizations worldwide are rushing to adopt AI, yet many struggle to prove compliance with emerging standards such as ISO/IEC 42001:2023 and regulations like the EU AI Act.
Our founder, a TÜV SÜD–certified ISO/IEC 42001 auditor with deep experience in AI business solutions, saw firsthand how complex and manual AI compliance efforts were becoming. To address this, we developed a platform that blends fine-tuned large language models (LLMs), graph-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and practical audit automation workflows.
What started as an experiment with synthetic training data and open-source AI models has grown into a full compliance assistant that helps companies prepare for audits, map their internal policies to ISO clauses, assess AI risks, and generate compliant documentation.
Today, we continue to expand our platform so businesses of any size can confidently and cost-effectively align with AI standards and regulations while focusing on innovation.
